Premier Golf Club Terms & Conditions
Privacy & Player Information Policy
Version 2026-09-08-v2
Effective September 8, 2026
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By creating or using a Premier Golf Club account, becoming or remaining a Member, registering as a Guest, joining a league, registering for an event, purchasing or receiving a Club service, or otherwise participating in Premier Golf Club activities, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions and this Privacy & Player Information Policy.
Premier Golf Club may require acknowledgement of a new version when these Terms are materially updated. A record of the version, response, date and related audit information may be retained.
2. Accurate Account and Email Information
Players are responsible for maintaining a current and accurate email address and other account information. The email address on a PGC account is used as the account's primary login identity and as the principal electronic address for Club communications.
If a player changes the account email address, the new address becomes the player's PGC login email. PGC may retain the prior address and the reason for the change in historical, security, delivery and audit records.
3. Required Club Communications
Premier Golf Club is operated primarily through electronic communications. Active players and participants may receive communications reasonably necessary to administer the Club relationship, participation and events. These required Club communications may include:
- Account & Membership Administration;
- Registrations, Tee Times & Pairings;
- Scheduling & Cancellations;
- Payments & Account Matters;
- Safety & Urgent Course Communications;
- Tournament Announcements & Registration Openings;
- League News & Standings; and
- Points Race Updates.
These communications are part of administering an active PGC account or participation and are not controlled by optional marketing preferences. A player who no longer wishes to receive normal required Club communications may deactivate the PGC account, subject to the account and record-retention provisions below.
4. Optional Marketing Communications and Preferences
PGC may also send optional promotional communications. Current optional categories include:
- Merchandise & Special Offers; and
- Premier Golf Club Newsletter.
Players may change available optional communication preferences through the PGC communication preference center. Opting out of optional marketing does not stop required Club communications. PGC will honor applicable marketing opt-out rights and does not interpret these Terms as a waiver of any right that applicable law does not permit a recipient to waive.
5. Messages Containing Both Required and Optional Content
A single PGC campaign may contain required Club information together with optional promotional content. When PGC uses recipient-specific content, a player who has opted out of the applicable optional category will receive the required portion without the optional promotional portion. A player who remains opted in may receive both portions in the same campaign. A message whose primary purpose is optional marketing is subject to the applicable optional preference and legal requirements.
6. Email Delivery Problems and Hard Bounces
PGC may record mail-server delivery results, including delivered, deferred and bounced status. When PGC observes a hard bounce or other reliable indication that the current PGC email address is not deliverable, PGC may mark the address as an unresolved Email Delivery Issue and suppress further broadcast delivery attempts to that address until the issue is corrected or reviewed.
A player with an unresolved hard-bounce issue may be prompted after login to update the email address. The player may update the address or choose to continue without updating it. If the player continues without correcting the address, the issue remains unresolved and PGC may notify the Club administrator so the player can be contacted during an upcoming tournament, league or other Club interaction. The prompt may appear again on a later login until the issue is resolved.
Mailchimp or other historical list data marked "cleaned" or similar is treated as historical deliverability information for administrative review and does not, by itself, create a PGC-wide player unsubscribe or the player-login hard-bounce workflow unless PGC independently observes a qualifying delivery failure on the player's current PGC email address.
7. Account Deactivation and Reactivation
A player may deactivate the PGC account. While voluntarily deactivated, the account is not used for normal active-participant communications, including normal required and optional messages. PGC may still send narrowly necessary security, legal, account-closure or similar messages when appropriate.
Deactivation does not erase historical orders, registrations, scores, results, payment records, communication records or other records that PGC reasonably retains for Club operations, accounting, legal, security or audit purposes. A returning player may be offered an account reactivation process. Reactivation resumes required Club communications; the player's last saved optional communication preferences remain in effect unless changed by the player.
8. Player Information We Maintain
PGC may maintain information supplied by a player or generated through Club participation, including name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, GHIN information, account and membership status, league and tournament registrations, pairings, scores, results, order and payment records, account credits, communication preferences, delivery status, communication history, support records and other information reasonably necessary to operate PGC.
PGC may also maintain technical and audit information such as login activity, IP address, browser or device information, terms acknowledgements, account changes and security events when reasonably necessary for administration, security, troubleshooting and compliance.
9. How Player Information Is Used
Player information may be used to create and administer accounts, memberships and registrations; organize tournaments and leagues; establish pairings and tee times; administer scores, results, standings and points competitions; process payments and credits; deliver Club communications; manage email preferences and delivery problems; provide support; prevent fraud or abuse; maintain audit records; and operate, secure and improve Premier Golf Club.
10. Information Visible to Other Players
Logged-in PGC players may be able to see limited player-directory or participation information such as another player's first name, last name and membership status when needed for Club and partner-discovery functions. PGC does not make private contact information such as email address, telephone number or mailing address visible to other players through that player-directory function.
11. Email Engagement, Delivery and Audit Records
For broadcast campaigns, PGC may record message submission and delivery status, hard and soft bounce information, unsubscribe activity, measured email opens and link clicks. Open measurements may be affected by privacy-protection or image-loading features used by email providers and devices, so clicks and delivery records may be more reliable indicators of actual engagement.
PGC may retain campaign subject, audience, recipient, send time, delivery result, content variant, communication category, delivery stream, links clicked and related audit information to administer communications, diagnose delivery problems, honor preferences and maintain Club records.
12. Historical Mailing Lists and Migration Records
PGC may import and retain historical mailing-list records from systems previously used by the Club, including Mailchimp, for migration, reconciliation, preference preservation, list hygiene, delivery review and audit purposes. Historical unsubscribe information may be preserved for the applicable marketing list or purpose. Historical cleaned or bounced status may be retained for review without automatically applying a global unsubscribe to a different current PGC email address.
13. Payment Information
Payment-card processing is handled by PGC's payment provider. Premier Golf Club OS does not store full payment-card numbers. PGC may retain transaction identifiers, payment status, amounts, order details, refunds, credits and other payment metadata reasonably necessary for accounting and Club administration.
14. Golf Associations and Service Providers
PGC may provide or receive information through golf associations, golf courses, scoring systems, technology providers, payment processors, email infrastructure, hosting providers or other service providers when reasonably necessary to provide and administer Club services and activities. These providers may process information on PGC's behalf according to their applicable services and terms.
15. Record Retention
PGC may retain records for as long as reasonably necessary for Club administration, historical results, accounting, tax, legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, communication compliance and audit purposes. Deactivation, an email preference change or replacement of an email address does not necessarily delete historical records associated with prior Club activity.
16. Changes to These Terms
Premier Golf Club may update these Terms and this Policy as Club operations, technology, services or legal requirements change. The current published version and effective date will appear on this page. PGC may require renewed acknowledgement when a material new version is issued.
