Join us on Saturday, June 20th, 2026 at We-Ko-Pa Golf Club for the Premier Golf Club 2-Person Shamble Tournament!
The event is a two-person modified scramble, also known as a shamble, played at gross and net within flights. Prizes will be awarded to the top gross and net winners in each flight. There may also be an optional gross/net skins game by flight.
REQUIRED TEAM BUY-IN
All teams are required to participate in the team prize fund and skins game. The Tournament Director will confirm the required team buy-in and side-game amounts for this event.
FORMAT
Each player hits a tee shot, the team selects the best tee shot, and each player plays their own ball from that point until it is holed. The lower of the two scores is the team score for the hole.
TEAM HANDICAPS
All team handicaps will be determined by taking 60% of Player A's course handicap and 40% of Player B's course handicap and combining them to create a team course handicap. All flights will be determined by total team handicap index. The maximum difference in handicap index is 10 strokes, but if members want to enter with a partner whose handicap is more than this difference, the higher handicap will be adjusted downward.
PARTNER REQUIRED
Please do not sign up as a single golfer unless instructed by the Tournament Director. If you are looking for a partner, contact the Tournament Director and we will try to pair you with another single golfer.
ALL ELIGIBLE PLAYERS WILL BE USING THEIR PREMIER GOLF TOURNAMENT INDEX INSTEAD OF GHIN. VIEW TOURNAMENT INDEX FAQ.
If you are playing for the first time in our tournament with an existing GHIN index outside of Premier Golf Club or with another USGA handicapping service, you will receive 80% of your handicap index until you fulfill your 3-round requirement to establish an official PGC tournament index.
PAYOUTS & AMATEUR STATUS:
All of our cash side games are optional for each player and are considered an acceptable form of gambling according to the Rules of Amateur Status.
Please provide or confirm your GHIN in your player profile if available. If you would like to request to play with a certain player or group, use the Pairing Request or Notes to Tournament Director fields during checkout.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
The Premier Golf Club adheres to a NO REFUND POLICY. Due to credit card merchant policies to not return processing fees for refunds issued, your entry will be kept as credit towards a future event. YOU HAVE ONE YEAR FROM THE CANCELLATION DATE TO USE YOUR CREDIT. A tournament credit may be issued only if canceled within the advised 24-hour window.
All player bookings for this event must be canceled directly with the Tournament Director no later than 24 hours prior to day of play. If your reservation is not canceled by this time or you are a no-show, you will forfeit your tournament fee.
