  11. NO REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY: THERE ARE NO REFUNDS – Your entry will be kept as credit towards a future event. All registrations for this event must be canceled directly with the Tournament Director no later than 24 hours prior to day of play. If your reservation is not canceled by this time or you are a “no show”, the fees charged to your credit card will NOT be refunded as the golf course charges once the head count provided is final.

    12. There is an optional $40 team prize fund buy-in and $40 team flighted skins game for this event. BOTH THE TEAM PRIZE FUND AND TEAM SKINS GAME will be collected at check-in (cash only).

    By contributing to the prize fund, you will become eligible to win Net/Gross prizes for 1st, 2nd (by flight) and Closest-to-Pin. Valid USGA Handicap required to participate.

    PAYOUTS & AMATEUR STATUS: We do pay cash prizes for gross/net competition and skins. By receiving a cash prize, you will be forfeiting your amateur status (Rule 3-1).

    Please provide your GHIN # or instructions on how to verify your golf handicap when you register. If you would like to request to play with a certain player or group, use the “Additional Information – Order Notes” field when you checkout.

If you play in our tournament with an existing GHIN index (but no previous PGC tournament rounds), your handicap index will be subject to an adjustment of up to 90% until you fulfill your 3 round requirement to create a PGC tournament index.***

Product Description

Join us on Saturday, April 4th at Foothills Golf Club for the Premier Golf Club 2person Scramble Tournament! The event is a two-person scramble, played at gross and net within flights. Prizes will be awarded to top flight winners along with closest-to-the-pin prizes!

The Premier Golf Club is an excellent opportunity for avid golfers to play competitive golf on a regular basis while enjoying the camaraderie associated with being a Premier Premier Golf Club member.

 
PGC & FOOTHILLS EFFORTS TO PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING ON THE COURSE
Premier Golf Club and the Foothills Golf Club will be taking the following precautions for our event on April 4th to protect all golfers from the spread of COVID-19.
 

  • We will have 2 registration tables to allow for more spacing for check in
  • For lunch, the restaurant will be “takeout only” with orders also being taken by cart girls and can be picked up after the round

While playing golf, we recommend the following:

  • Leave flagsticks in the hole while putting
  • Avoid using on-course ball washers
  • Fists pumps and elbow dabs are encouraged over handshakes

After the round is completed, if you choose to stick around for lunch/drinks/awards, there will be plenty of outdoor seating available (including the patio).

We truly appreciate your continued support and ask for your patience and understanding as we get through this unique situation. Golf is about all we have left right now so let’s all work together to adapt and overcome this.

FORMAT:
Two-person scramble played at gross or net within flights. All TEAM HANDICAPS will be determined by taking 40% of total team course handicap . All FLIGHTS will be determined by total team handicap index. The maximum difference in handicap index is 10 strokes but if members want to enter with a partner whose handicap is more than this difference, the higher handicap will be adjusted downward.

If you don’t have a handicap, don’t worry! You can play for fun! However, a verifiable USGA handicap is required if you are participating in the prize fund ($40 per team). An optional flighted team skins game will also be available on the day of the event. Both the team prize fund and team skins game will be collected at check-in (cash only).
